The complaint of the petitioner is that, the first respondent is not conducting the supplementary examination for the subject 'Training and Development' of the 3rd semester MBA(HRM) course. The petitioner has already submitted an application for appearing in the said examination and is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the University authorities to schedule the examinations.
2. Adv. Dr. P Leelakrishnan who appears for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the examination would be scheduled and conducted within a period of one month from today. The said submission is recorded.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the supplementary examinations of the 3rd semester MBA(HRM) course for the subject 'Training and Development' within a period of one month from today.
