Shivarudraiah, Aged about 47 years, R/o No.86, 12th Cross, K H B Colony, Chamundeswarinagar, Mandya City – 571 401. … Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 20.11.2018 in Rent revision No.01/2018 on the file of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Mandya as also the order of dismissal dated 15.03.2018 passed by the II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Mandya in HRC No.05/2012 which are assailed in this writ petition and the certified copies of which are produced at Annexures-D and C respectively and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a Civil Revision Petition against the impugned order.
2. Taking note of the said memo, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, if so advised, by filing a Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
