1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married out of their own sweet will.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners have performed their marriage at Shiv Ji Temple in Mumbai Maharashtra. The petitioners have married out of their own sweet will. Since the petitioners have married against their parents wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this writ petition.
4. Both the petitioners are present in Court and from appearance, they look to be major.
5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S- Bhadohi, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi), who shall extend all help and protection to them under the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
