A suit was filed for the relief of permanent injunction with a specific allegation that the defendants were desiring demolition of the suit property. When the application for temporary injunction was filed along with the suit in which notices were issued no ex-parte order was granted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if no temporary injunction is granted then the respondents would demolish the suit property.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the application for temporary injunction accompanying the Suit No. 540 of 2019 be decided within a period of one month from the next date fixed. For a period of one month or till the decision of the temporary injunction application, status-quo as of today shall be maintained.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
