JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Arnab Banerjee, Advocate, appearing of behalf of the Official Liquidator stated that the total property has been valued at Rupees 8 crores and twice the property has been put to auction but no buyer came forward to purchase on the reserved price.
A suggestion has come that if the entire land may be divided into small plots, it may be possible to fetch higher price. The Official Liquidator is directed to get the map prepared dividing the whole land into small plots and get the market value of the property by getting sale deed of the neighbouring area or by any other method.
List after three weeks in the Chamber.
