Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners may be permitted to move a fresh representation raising their grievances, before the authority concerned, who may be directed to be decided expeditiously, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, by means of a speaking and reasoned order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a maximum period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if the representation is moved within fifteen days from today.
