Rule.
Mr. Majmudar waives services of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No. 3 and Mr. Thakkar, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No.5.
Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of paragraph No. 7(A). The applicant- Renukaben Ratilal Pathak is permitted to withdraw the amount in question in her favour instead of Ratilal Mohanlal Pathak as he had expired on 15.04.1998. The Tribunal is directed to issue Account Payee cheque in favour of the applicant for disbursement of the amount. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
