The husband has filed OP(HM) 128/2014 on the file of the Family Court, Alappuzha for divorce. The husband is at Alappuzha and the wife is a home maker residing with her parents at Ernakulam. The wife seeks transfer of OP (HM) No.128/2014 to the Family Court, Ernakulam. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Ernakulam to Alappuzha for the conduct of the case. This is especially so since she has to look after the minor child born in the wed- lock. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Alappuzha to Ernakulam for this purpose. 2. I therefore order transfer of OP (HM) No.128/2014 from the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
