For Petitioner : M/s. Yogesh Kannadasan For Respondent : Mr. V. Subramanian O R D E R This revision arises against the order made in I.A. No. 185 of 2016 in HMOP No. 527 of 2015 dated 30.01.2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that although the petitioner has filed this revision petition challenging the order passed in the Interlocutory Application filed by the respondent for visiting rights, in I.A. No.185 of 2016 in favour of the respondent, today, when the matter was taken up, submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the Sub Court, Tambaram, to dispose of the HMOP No.527 of 2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for passing such an order in this revision petition.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the proceedings in HMOP No. 527/2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
