Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct description of respondent nos.3, 4 and 5 in the array of the parties.
Petitioner appears to have been appointed as Anganwari Karyakatri on 21.3.2005. She claims to have continued to work till 2012, and received honorarium from month to month whereafter due to matrimonial issues, she had to leave Meerut and could not report for work. When the petitioner has applied for joining, she has not been permitted to do so, and hence this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that since petitioner's absence was for a period of five years, therefore it is quite possible that petitioner's services may have been terminated.
Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.5, in respect of her grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order within two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of her claim. In case such a representation is made, the authority concerned shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter.
