Present petition is filed by the petitioners for quashing and setting the impugned order dated 22-01-2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, No. 10th District-Bulandshahar passed in Criminal Revision No. 339 of 2018.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the future orders passed by the Magistrate.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is consigned to record.
