JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR)
1. This appeal was ordered to be heard with the other cognate matters. The other matters are already at the final hearing stage.
2. Learned Counsel, Mr. Vakaharia, under the instructions, states that the appellants, herein, are no longer interested in pursuing the matter, and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
3. Ms. Reeta Chandarana, learned AGP, has no objection if the appellants are permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
4. In view of the above, this appeal stands disposed of as WITHDRAWN.
5. Learned Counsel, Mr. Vakharia, for the appellant states that he shall make an application to the Collector in order to see that the matter is not delayed any further in connection with the payment of premium and to enable the Collector to suitably determine the rate of premium. We hope that, if, such an application is made, the Collector shall decide the same expeditiously, as per the Government polices and circulars, in accordance with law.
6. It is clarified that the withdrawal of this appeal SHALL NOT come in the way of the appellants in other cognate matters and the same shall be decided on their own merits, in accordance with law.
7. Since, the main matter is disposed of, civil application shall not survive and it also stands DISPOSED OF, accordingly.
