Heard Mr. Harish Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.P Paul, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 - Authority.
The main prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to sanction lay out/map with regard to the Plot No. A-340/5 in Shantipuram Housing Scheme Phaphamau, Allahabad."
It is not in dispute that though the plot in question has been allotted to the petitioner by the respondent Authority, a sale deed has not been executed in respect thereof till today. In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for getting the sale deed executed within a period of four weeks from today. His statement is recorded and accepted.
Petition is disposed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner approaches the respondent Authority for getting a sale deed executed in respect of the plot in question, we hope and trust that they shall execute the sale deed expeditiously.
