Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Civil Judge (J.D.), Gorakhpur be directed to decide Case No. 1039 of 2011 (New No. 969 of 2015) (Renu Singh vs. Jai Hind and others) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Gorakhpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
