Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Judge Small Causes Court, Kanpur Nagar be directed to decide J.S.C.C. Suit No. 275 of 2010 (Smt. Renu Sahu Vs. Kalika Prasad) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Judge Small Causes Court, Kanpur Nagar to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
