1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card. They have got married at Gorakhnath Mandir, Gorakhpur, against their parents' wishes as per Hindu rites.
2. Learned Standing Counsel informs that an F.I.R. in Case Crime No.326 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 and 376 IPC read with Section 3/4 POCSO Act has been filed at Police Station Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur, by the mother of the petitioner.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur, who shall produce the petitioner no.1 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, concerned for her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The CJM concerned shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law, thereafter.
