Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
At the outset, learned Standing Counsel from the instructions received by him, states that in this case an FIR bearing case crime No. 284 of 2018, under Section 366,504, 506 I.P.C has been lodged at Police Station Sikandra Rau, District Hathras.
In view of aforesaid, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
