Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the Civil Judge(J.D.) Saidpur, Ghazipur to decide the Original Suit No.349 of 2016(Satya Prakash Jaiswal vs. Rajendra Prasad and others) expeditiously, within a stipulated time period.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the Original Suit is pending since year 2016 and could not be proceeded due to delaying tactics adopted by respondents and only prayer is to direct the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the same.
Without going into merit of the case, it is appropriate that the above Original Suit be decided expeditiously.
In view of above, the Civil Judge(J.D.) Saidpur, Ghazipur/Court concerned, Ghazipur is directed to decide the Original Suit No.349 of 2016(Satya Prakash Jaiswal vs. Rajendra Prasad and others) expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting adjournment unnecessarily to either of the parties, unless there is any legal impediment.
With aforesaid direction, the instant petition is finally disposed of.
