In the absence of any particulars having been obtained, the Court finds no ground to issue the writs as prayed for.
Consequently while this petition is disposed of, it is left open to the petitioner, if so chosen and advised, to seek appropriate information under the Right to Information Act 2005 and then to agitate her claim in case cause so arises.
