1. Heard Mr. Suresh Chandra Gupta, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for respondents-3 and 4, and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that her husband died due to electrical shock in an accident and thereafter petitioner had applied for benefit of insurance claimed under 'Mukhya Mantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojana' but her request has not been considered by respondents. It is contended that petitioner has filed representation/application dated 26.07.2019 before District Magistrate, which is pending undecided.
3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 states that District Magistrate should look into the matter and pass appropriate order.
4. In view of the aforesaid and facts as noted above, we dispose of the petition with direction to District Magistrate, Prayagraj to look into the matter and take appropriate decision expeditiously, and in any case, within two months from the date of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to all parties.
