JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contention of the petitioner is that when the result of the petitioner for the IIIrd year Examination of M.A. English, IVth paper (Indian Writing in English) for Session 2008-09 has not been declared, the petitioner moved an application under the Right to Information Act. The petitioner has been provided mark-sheet on 3.10.2011 showing absent in Indian Writing in English paper.
The contention of the petitioner is that he appeared in the said paper, which is clear from the attendance sheet annexed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition.
Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents states that since the matter is old, he may be allowed some reasonable time to seek instruction and file counter affidavit.
List in third week of January, 2012.
Office is directed to correct the name of the petitioner's counsel as Manu Mishra in place of Mani Mishra.
