1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that her partition suit being Suit No. T201805310314460, filed under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code (Renu Bhashkar Vs. Sharma & Ors.), has remained pending before respondent no.1/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Gorakhpur, since 20.6.2018.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid suit, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that time period and cooperates in the proceedings.
