The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.07.2021 passed in Writ C No.15203 of 2021 (Renu Bharti Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up, instructions received from the office of the opposite party dated 14.09.2021 was placed before this Court, the same is taken on record and the copy of the same be provided to the counsel for the applicant. It appears from perusal of the same that order passed by the Writ Court was duly and fully complied with by the opposite party by holding the election on the post of Block Pramukh in Block- Saughat, District Basti.
In this view of the matter it appears that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
