JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has completed the B.Tech Engineering Course conducted by the 1st respondent. But the petitioner has not been able to appear for some of the Semester Examinations for the reason that, he does not have the required attendance. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P14 representation to the Controller of Examinations. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P14. Adv.Sri.Millu Dandapani appears for the respondents.
2. In view of the limited relief sought for, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing Ext.P14 to be considered by the 5th respondent.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider Ext.P14 representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
