JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court for police protection for parking and operating his vehicle from the auto-parking area at Kakkayamchal stand in Cherupuzha. He refers to Exhibit P2 permit, which indicates that the petitioner is permitted to park his vehicle KL-59-D-363 at Cherupuzha. According to him, there are four auto stands at Cherupuzha and it is open for him to park his auto in any of the said auto stands.
2. Though notice was ordered to the party respondents, there is no appearance.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had never gone to any of the auto stands for parking his vehicle. If at all there is any obstruction, the police will see that no law and order problem is created.
WP(C).20692/14 2 In view of the aforesaid submission, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the fourth respondent to ensure that the law and order situation is maintained, if any hindrance is caused to the petitioner for parking his vehicle at Kakkayamchal stand in Cherupuzha.
