Antony Dominic, J. This appeal is filed against the interim order passed in WP(C) No.24284/09. We are now informed that on the constitution of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal, the writ petition itself has been transferred to that Tribunal where the matter is pending.

In such circumstances and also having regard to the long lapse of time, this appeal is closed without prejudice to the right of the parties to get the issue agitated before the Tribunal.
