The wife has filed O.A.No. 539/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode for dissolution of marriage. Wife has also filed O.A.No. 536/2013 on the file of the same court for realisation of amounts. The husband has filed O.P. No. 1461/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur for realisation of amounts. 2. All the three cases have to be jointly tried since the issues are intertwined. The husband is an IT professional in Thrissur while the wife is a college lecturer at Kozhikode. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Kozhikode to Thrissur to conduct the cases. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Thrissur to Kozhikode for the purpose.
3. I therefore order transfer of O.P.No. 1461/2013 from the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Kozhikode. The Family Court, Kozhikode shall issue notice to the parties and yake Tr.P.(C) No.118 OF 2014 2 the proceedings to a logical end.
The transfer petition is allowed.
