JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find out match for his daughter.
It appears that the convict was recently released from 21.7.2011 to 19.8.2011 and further the ground is not such where his presence can be said as indispensable Hence, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised and therefore, the application is not granted. Rule discharged.
