JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur,CJ
The genesis of litigation seems to be the agreement to sell certain property of petitioner to 4th respondent. However, a specific performance suit is pending as O.S.No.505 of 2013 on the file of Munsiff Court, Thaliparamba.
2. According to learned Government Pleader, party respondents approached police with a complaint that petitioner is making illegal attempts to grab the property belonging to them. Therefore, they had to call the petitioner to police station. After enquiry, police found that matter is already before the civil court. Therefore, they advised the parties to approach civil court and take proper recourse. Beyond this they have no intention of harassing petitioners in W.P.C. No.13047 of 2014 2 any manner. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
