Petitioner had submitted Ext. P4 application before the 2nd respondent for correcting a mistake in the kudikidappu certificate granted in favour of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the actual survey number is 2283/1 whereas in the kudikidappu certificate, the survey number is recorded as 2382. The certificate was issued on 26.8.2002 in terms of Ext. P2. 2. Since the application of the petitioner is still pending, I am of view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 2nd respondent shall consider Ext. P4 and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after giving notice to all affected parties.
