This Review Petition is filed seeking review of the judgment in O.P.(KAT)No.286/2014. Endeavour of the appellant is to show that the conclusion in the judgment that they were not working against sanctioned posts is factually incorrect. In support of this, the learned counsel made reference to Exhibit P1 and contended that the said document shows that their engagement was against sanctioned posts.

Even if this submission now made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted to be correct, reading of the order passed by the Tribunal shows that the Tribunal negatived the claim of the petitioners for regularisation mainly for the reason that the direct engagement was not a mode recognised by the Special Rules. This conclusion of the Tribunal is perfectly legal and if so, even if the error now pointed out is of any substance, that does not in any R.P.No.832/14 -2-
manner lead to a conclusion that our finding in the judgment is erroneous. Therefore, we do not see any reason to entertain the Review Petition.
The Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
