This writ petition is filed with the following reliefs:
(a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P11.
(b) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondent to refix the value of land applied for under Ext.P1 at the rate of 8,310/- per cent.
c) Issue such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and fit in the circumstances of the case.
It is submitted that on account of non-compliance of payment pursuant to Ext.P11, allotment in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled as per Annexure-A1. Annexure-A1 is dated 20.3.2010. The petitioner has not challenged the above order. In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
