Reliance vs Surat

High Court Of Gujarat|19 January, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This application has two-fold prayers. One is with respect to permitting the applicants to amend Special Civil Application No.1337 of 2010 in terms of the draft amendment presented in the schedule to the Civil Application. Such prayer is accepted. The applicants are permitted to amend the petition accordingly.
Second prayer pertains to interim relief that the applicant has prayed for in this application. We are of the opinion that such prayer is not required to be considered in this Civil Application which we confine only for the purpose of permitting the applicant to amend the petition. It would, therefore, be open for the applicant to file separate application making out grounds for interim relief which they may pray for, and as and when such application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordingly.
This application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the above extent.
