ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION:

RULE returnable on 30th April 2012. Learned Counsel Shri Majmudar waives service of Rule for respondent No.1.

On condition that the applicant Company deposits the entire amount awarded by the Trial Court along with the proportionate costs and interest with the Trial Court on or before the returnable date, there shall be stay against execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and order.
