Heard Mr. C.R. Abichandani, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted that respondent No.1 Company has taken loans from the petitioner and an amount of Rs.1,51,06,609.50 paisa is due and payable by the respondent as on 18.01.2012. Statutory Notice dated 24.01.2012 was issued by the petitioner under the provisions of Section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956, calling upon the respondents to pay the said amount. However, there is no response to the said notice.
Issue Notice, returnable on 13.07.2012.
Ad interim relief in terms of paragraph 13 (E) is granted, till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, direct service is also permitted.
