JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No. 22373 of 2014) This is an application for listing listing of the case, filed by the counsel appearing for opposite party no.2.
Submission of learned counsel for applicant is that the present has has already been expedited by the Hon'ble Senior Judge, but despite the said order, the case is not being listed for hearing.
