The writ petitioner in these two writ petitions is a Public Limited Company, who claims to have a contract for building up telecommunication tower. The petitioner has preferred these writ petitions seeking police protection on account of the obstruction being created by the party respondents and their men.
2. We have already decided similar matters in a batch of writ petitions as reported in 2014 (4) KLT 306 (W.P.(C) No.3297 of 2014 and connected cases).
Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, it is open for the petitioner to approach the District Telecom Committee for getting appropriate orders including police protection.
These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
