ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION;
Having considered the submissions advanced by learned advocate for the appellant-Insurance Company so also considering the impugned judgment and award dated 15.10.2012 rendered by the Tribunal, it appears that the appeal deserves consideration and hence, Admitted.
ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL;
Learned Advocate for the applicant-appellant submitted that out of the entire awarded amount of Rs.25,000/-, Rs.12,500/- has been deposited by the each Insurance Company. He further submitted that the applicant-appellant is ready to deposit proportionate costs and interest amount as per award before the tribunal before the returnable date.
Having considered the submissions advanced by learned advocate for the applicant-Insurance Company so also considering the impugned judgment and award dated 15.10.2012 rendered by the Tribunal, RULE returnable on 23 rd January, 2013. In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of para-6(A) on the condition that on or before returnable date, the applicant Insurance Company shall deposit proportionate costs and the interest amount with the concerned claim Tribunal as per the award referred above.
