Issue notice. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by registered post.
Until further orders, the execution of the award dated 7.3.2014 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/MACT/ADJ, Ghaziabad in MAC No. 374 of 2010 (Smt. Meena Agarwal and others Vs. Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd and others) shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount of award within a period of four weeks. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The entire amount deposited shall be released in favour of the claimants as per the direction given by the Tribunal.
Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
