Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, direction or order more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the notice dated 1-04-2010 issued by the respondent No.2 corporation as arbitrary, illegal and void in so far as the demand for payment of Rs.60,000/- is concerned and consequently quash and set aside the said demands.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 10 8-2010 & 18-8-
2010 made in WPMP No.24745 of 2010 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri L. Venkateshwar Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Municipalities for Respondent No.1, the Court made the following ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Municipalities, appearing for the first respondent is present.
None appears for the second respondent.
No counter is filed by the second respondent.

The impugned order shows that the amount of Rs.50,000/- towards impact fee is being collected pursuant to the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Warangal Municipal Corporation and copy of the resolution is necessary for deciding the case.
