Heard Mr. P.R. Abichandani, learned advocate for Mr. C.R. Abichandani for the petitioner. It appears from the record that vide order dated 20.6.2012, this Court (Coram: Smt. Abhilasha Kumari, J.) issued notice and granted ad-interim relief in terms of para 13(E). The record shows that the respondents are served. However, no one appears today. The matter has been listed time and again. As no one appears, interest of justice would be served if fresh notice is issued. Hence, fresh NOTICE returnable on 24.12.2012. Direct service is permitted. Over and above the usual mode of service, the petitioner shall also cause service of this order by RPAD additionally at the cost of the petitioner.
However, it further appears that after the order dated 20.6.2012, the aforesaid ad-interim relief in terms of para 13(E) has not been extended, though the matter has been adjourned time and again. Considering the fact that this Court had granted ad-interim relief earlier in terms of para 13(E), the same shall continue till 24.12.2012.
