Reliable vs District

By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the District Magistrate, Surat under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. There is an alternative efficacious remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

In view of the above, Mr. H.K. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to approach the competent forum. Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
