JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) As the matter is between husband and wife, it would be appropriate if the matter is referred to the mediation centre for amicable settlement preferably within three weeks from today. In the event the settlement is not arrived at between the parties, the matter shall again be placed to be decided on judicial side.
