JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) Applicants seek condonation of delay of 26 days in filing First Appeal (St.)No.3234 of 2011. In response to the notice issued, nobody has appeared.
We are satisfied with the contents of the application wherein the applicants have sufficiently explained the delay caused in filing the First Appeal. We accordingly allow this application and condone the delay in filing the First Appeal. First Appeal to come up for admission hearing on 5th March, 2012.
