Perused the report of the Bailiff dated 12.10.2012 below the notice issued by this Court. On careful perusal of notice, it appears that proper care, which was required to be taken by the Bailiff at the time of serving the notice, has not been taken. Referring the Bailiff s endorsement, it appears that the valid and effective service of notice has not been made by the Bailiff. Hence fresh Notice be issued on the respondent by the Court, making it returnable on 28.12.2012.
