Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 25.10.2018, an affidavit has been filed by the Secretary of the Examination Regulatory Authority stating that the petitioner has been declared selected and approval, in that regard, has also been sought from the State Government before amending the select list. It is pointed out that 24 of such cases have been found, which includes the name of the petitioner also.
Since petitioner's grievance has already been accepted by the Examination Regulatory Authority, this petition stands disposed of with the observation that petitioner's claim would also be considered for appointment, accordingly.
