THIS WRIT PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R In the instant petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“a) To issue writ in the nature of certiorari by quashing the impugned order dated 10.02.2014 issued by respondent No.3 in order No. unashi:mamaae:amKa/Maa. Aa/13- 14/4881 produced at Annexure-H in the interest of justice and equity.
b) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2-Director, Women and Child Development Office, Bengaluru to consider the proposal of the 5th respondent- Assistant Director, Karwar, dated 23.10.2012 at Annexure-E and transfer the petitioner from Mundaganamane anganawadi unit to Mulubagilu(i) anganawadi unit at the earliest in the interest of justice and equity.
c) Any other order or direction may be issued.”
2. The petitioner has challenged the transfer of respondent No.8 from Mulubagilu-2 Centre to Mulubagilu-1 Centre and has further sought for a direction to consider the petitioner’s name for posting to Mulubagilu-1 Centre. There is no interim order.
3. On 18.06.2019, the matter was called twice, none appeared. The matter relates to transfer and posting dated 10.02.2014 and the matter is pending consideration for the last five years. In the absence of any interim order, the question of interference with the order dated 10.02.2014 does not arise.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.
