2. Learned counsel for applicants states that parties have settled their dispute and arrived at compromise and therefore he may be permitted to file the same before Court below.
3. In this view of the matter, application is disposed of with liberty to applicants to file compromise in the Court below and if this is done, Court below shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law, expeditiously.
