Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to make a proper enquiry and put the petitioner in possession of land which was included in the holding of the petitioner. It is admitted to the petitioner that there is some dispute with regard to plot no. 455M. which is engaging attention of this Court in Writ-B No. 53818 of 2017 (Fateh Singh vs. Dy. Director of Consolidation/Addl. Collector & 3 others). The petitioner is one of the contesting opposite party in the said petition.
For the prayer made in the present writ petition, it would be open for the petitioner to move a proper application before the writ Court in the pending petition.
Dismissed as such.
