Smt. Rekha Devi (petitioner-1) appears before this Court. She claims herself to be major and in support of it her Aadhaar Card showing her date of birth as 01.01.1998 has been filed along with the writ petition. She states that she has voluntarily married to Karan(petitioner-2), who is also present in Court.
In view of the statement of Smt. Rekha Devi (petitioner-1), writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 0150 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366, IPC, P.S. Kyoladiya, district Bareilly, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in it.
Smt. Rekha Devi (petitioner-1) shall be produced before the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today who shall get her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. recorded before the Magistrate.
